Successful programs don't "just happen," they are built by the coaching staff, players, parents, and community. YOU play an important role in the Woodstock program through your positive attitude and willingness to support our players. 

Throughout the season, each family is expected to volunteer a minimum of 2 times; one of those is expected to be in the Concessions Stand. The Sign-up Geniuses for the 2024 season will go live in early August.

Because there are many working parts to a football season with more than 300 players, planning ahead of time is essential. We ask that you sign up for your shifts before August 15; otherwise, we will have to sign you up where we have the greatest need(s). 

If you are unable to work a shift that you volunteered for or were assigned, you will need to find a replacement to fill that shift. Once a shift has been completed, you must sign your name on the Volunteer sheet in the Concession Stand/event location. If you don't sign off then we have no proof that you were actually there and cannot update our volunteer database.
