Happy New Year, Woodstock Football Families!

On behalf of Head Coach Dan Devine and his staff, the Touchdown Club is pleased to present the 2025 Football Program Proposed Budget (linked HERE). After weeks of planning and discussions, we believe the proposed budget meets the needs of our growing program.

Did you know?

• Our program receives zero dollars from ticket/gate purchases from fans attending games.
• When you purchase a Booster ticket package, the TD Club must pay the school back for the game ticket and parking pass.
• The uniforms we purchased last season for the Varsity program were over $80,000. These uniform sets will only last us 4-5 years.
• We buy all our own safety equipment, neither the county nor the school provides funding.
• The helmet your player uses costs about $500 to buy new and only lasts about 7 seasons.
• Our program helps subsidize pay to our coaches. Cherokee County limits what this pay can be, other counties do not.

We have analyzed each segment of our program and feel that the proposed budget will help to begin providing our teams with much-needed financial support. We researched programs in our county, surrounding areas, and even much larger programs within our state to better understand where we need to be.

2025 Registration Costs for High School (Freshman, JV, and Varsity)
General Registration Fee: $600
Player Meal Fee: $125

High School Player fees alone only represent a small portion of what is needed to cover our expenses. In addition to these fees, each HS player will be required to participate in fundraising by selling discount cards. The goal per player for this fundraiser is $450 ea.  It’s crucial for our players to participate to keep the registration costs low. If these goals are not met in 2025 the solution might be to raise dues in the future. For those families not wanting to sell discount cards, there will be an option to opt-out by paying the required fundraising goal fee. Additionally, all players will participate in our annual Text 2 Raise Event.

2025 Registration Costs for Jr. Wolverines (6, 7, 8)
General Registration Fee: $750
Player Uniform Fee: $150* third party. (Players will keep practice/game uniforms)

Jr Players will participate in at least one fundraiser again this year as well. It’s expected that each player will meet the goals set out by the Jr Program Director, more on this coming soon!

Please understand that the Touchdown Club is doing all we can to help keep the costs per family as low as we can. Our surrounding community can help! We made huge strides in 2024 in this effort and hope to continue to grow our community partner relationships in 2025.
