HEAVILY ON ITS VOLUNTEERS!!
In an effort to maintain low prices while providing a reasonable return to the WJW Football Program, each player's family is required to work a minimum of TWO shifts per season.
Successful programs don't "just happen," they are built by the coaching staff, players, parents, and community. YOU play an important role in the Jr. Program through your positive attitude and willingness to support our Jr. players.
It is the parent’s responsibility to review and select a volunteer opportunity that works for them; however, in order to fully meet the needs for the season, all families must select their shifts no later than September 7. If shifts are not selected by that date, the Jr. Committee will randomly assign volunteers to slots.
If you are unable to work a shift that you volunteered for or were assigned, you will need to find a replacement to fill that shift. Once a shift has been completed, the volunteer must sign his/her name on the Volunteer sheet in the Concession Stand.
